Our red beets grow into gorgeous, tender Micro-Greens and sprouts, with deep red shoots topped with lovely leaves – some red and some green with red veins. An amazing earthy flavor rounds out this extremely rewarding sprout and microgreen.

Under the right conditions, The Greenery guarantees 85% (or above) germination rate for its seeds. We make sure our seeds are not beyond their expiration date and store them in proper conditions (Cold Storage at 1°C - 5°C) to maximize viability.

Tips before germinating:
Put the red beet seeds into a glass jar half full of water. You need enough water to completely cover all the seeds by at least an inch. Let the seeds soak overnight at room temperature. This softens the seed coating, allowing the seed to take on water and begin the sprouting process.
